In April, the Foundation held the 5th Meeting of Alumni Association-China Training Project in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province with the theme of “To Achieve More”, and published the book Draw the Rainbow. In August, the Chief Executive of the Foundation was elected as the Vice President of the AIDS Society for Asia and the Pacific (ASAP), giving advice to the International Congress on AIDS in Asia and the Pacific (ICAAP). In November, the Foundation assigned staff members to participate in the “11th International Congress on AIDS in Asia and the Pacific” held in Bangkok, Thailand for experience sharing.

Year 2012

In July, the Foundation established the Alumni Association – China Training Project scholarship to support members to participate in the “19th International AIDS Conference” in Washington, US to share their experience. In August, together with the Chinese Association of STD/AIDS Prevention and Control and Hong Kong Committee of China AIDS Initiative, the Foundation organized the “Love in Sunlight—Shenzhen & Hong Kong Summer Camp 2012”, invited 24 children who lost their parents due to AIDS from eight mainland cities to communicate in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. In December, the Foundation assisted in organizing the “2nd AIDS Forum of Beijing, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan”, which promoted the communication among AIDS workers throughout China.
